Enrollment & Personal License

By enrolling in "Interface Systems: From Fundamentals to Production," you are entering into a binding agreement with Pixsellz. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the course materials strictly for your personal professional development. This license is intended for a single user; sharing login credentials or hosting "viewing parties" of the curriculum is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice.

Definition of Lifetime Access

The term "Lifetime Access" refers specifically to the operational lifespan of the product. While we intend to host and maintain this curriculum indefinitely, technology and business pivots may eventually require the retirement of the course. Should Interface Systems ever be slated for decommissioning, you will be provided with at least 90 days’ advanced notice via your registered email address. During this period, you will be granted the opportunity to download any provided reference materials or static assets intended for offline use.

Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All course content—including but not limited to video lectures, Figma frameworks, technical documentation, and the signature "8-bit" visual assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of Pixsellz.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or "group-buy" access to these materials.

• Derivative Works: While you are encouraged to apply the principles and systems taught in this course to your professional projects, the literal redistribution of the course source files as your own commercial templates is a violation of copyright law.

Community Conduct & Professionalism

Access to our private Discord community is a curated privilege designed to foster high-level design engineering discourse. To maintain this environment, we enforce a strict code of conduct:

• Respectful Engagement: We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Harassment, hate speech, or derogatory comments will not be tolerated.

• Anti-Spam Policy: Self-promotion, spamming, or the solicitation of other members for outside services is prohibited unless specifically authorized in designated channels.

• Enforcement: Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the community and potentially the course platform, without eligibility for a refund.
